The iFeedback Platform is created to help residents to provide a systematic feedback to your estate manager for follow up actions.

Why do we need to do this ?

We hope to help you consolidate and track all important Feedbacks about your unit and the estate for the wholesome actions of your service providers.

►	Click on this Link to download the Mobile App iFeedback App and use it to submit any kind of responsible feedback with pictures to your Managing Agent and your MCST. Your condo manager will receive a listing of all the feedbacks submitted by all of your residents.

►	iFeedback App will help you to track the status for you until it have been closed by the Condo Manager and staffs.
